Valley. The modern label with its coastal theme,
reflects the rugged and beautiful South West Australian
region, it also highlights the unique wine styles which
put it at the forefront of Australian premium wine
production. "Fishbone is the highly successful
second label for the Blackwood Wines winery in WA. They
certainly hit my sweet tooth here with a very sweet
white that has floral aromas, juicy tropical fruit and
honey flavours, and reasonably crisp cleansing acidity.
